2021 Mill River Property Owners Assoc. Annual Members Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Mill River Property Owner’s Association, Inc. is scheduled for

Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Coeur d’Alene Inn/Best Western (506 W. Appleway Avenue, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814).

The POA Board consists of five members, you will be voting to fill three board positions at this meeting.  Two positions, currently held by Jimmy Sheehan and vacated by Jeremy Voeller is up for election to a two-year term; there is a vacancy due to Doneda Allen’s resignation for a one-year term.  John Heider and Ann Rule both have one year to complete for their elected two-year term.  Candidates with the most votes will fill the two-year term positions.

Owners who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors are asked to fill out the Board Member Application and submit it to Sentry Management so they may be included on the election ballot.  Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

If you will not be attending the annual meeting please be sure to send your completed PROXY (also available on this website) to Sentry Management.   This action helps to ensure that a quorum will be established so business can be conducted per the Governing Documents and a ballot can be cast in your absence.
