Board Resolution – Amended Fine and Appeal Process Policy

The Mill River Property Owner’s Association (MRPOA) Board of Directors is charged with the responsibility to enforce the CC&R’s for the Mill River POA.  With that in mind, attached is the Board Resolution describing the Fine and Appeal Process Policy for that enforcement.  This policy will become effective January 1, 2019.

The Fine and Appeal Process Policy was amended on December 12, 2019, for enforcement of those non-compliance items that become continued violations on the same property.
